Our stay was disappointing due to the management company’s lack of professionalism and reliability. While the house itself was fine, poor communication and unfulfilled commitments negatively impacted our experience.<br/>1. Slow and Unprofessional Communication<br/>The property manager’s responses were often delayed, vague, or unprofessional, making issue resolution frustrating.<br/>2. Unkept Promises and Misleading Pricing<br/> • She promised to come to the house at a scheduled time but never arrived, with no notice or follow-up.<br/> • The pool heating fee was initially quoted as a flat $45 per day, but after checkout, they unexpectedly switched to a per-kilowatt-hour charge.<br/> • Similar incidents further reflected a lack of accountability.<br/>We have message records as evidence of these issues. A professionally managed property should ensure transparency and reliability—this one did not. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this listing.

It was a very comfortable and clean house, perfect for our family of three. Although it was about 20 minutes away from Waikiki, there were supermarkets and convenience stores within a 5-minute drive, so we had no inconvenience at all. In fact, we loved the peaceful atmosphere. The view from the house was absolutely beautiful, and the pool was well-maintained, allowing us to spend a wonderful time with our kids. It’s a place we definitely want to visit again!
