We did run into a small issue during the visit, but what really stood out was how quickly and thoughtfully it was handled. The host made everything right immediately, and after our stay and even went above and beyond by mailing my niece’s stuffed animal back to us after we had already left. That level of care and follow-through meant a lot to us.<br/>In the end, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into something really positive because of how it was handled. We left feeling genuinely taken care of and very grateful. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place to other families looking for a memorable and well-supported stay.
Place was amazing! Great location, well equipped and offered enough space for a party of 11. On site contacts were quick to respond and answer questions. Only challenge was that the main room A/C did not work and was never repaired during our stay, luckily it wasn't excessively warm but somewhat uncomfortable for us to hang out and cook due to the temperature.
Amazing house and location. All the rooms are great, kitchen, living area, pool. Great area to walk/run, very close to the south shore and beaches, restaurants. Had one issue with a shower not working, but host was responsive, and we managed around it.
