My family of 7 loved staying here! The house was a fantastic combination of amenities and location. The pool was amazing and my kids spent a lot of time there, and the beach was just steps away. We loved waking up to the ocean views (although the cruise ships showed up for 2 days and somewhat blocked our view). The house was spacious and clean and included everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Good location and as advertised. Spacious and beautiful.

Location is excellent. We had no hot water when we arrived and I was given instructions to turn on the propane tank. There was no easy access to the tank and I injured my leg climbing over the lava rock wall to get to the tank. We had hot water when I turned on the valve. The hot tub did not work properly for the first 3 days of our stay. Everything else was good.

After 6.2 miles turn right onto Makala Blvd. After .6 miles turn left onto Kuakini Hwy. Continue on for .3 miles and turn right on to Kona Bay Drive. Follow Kona Bay Drive until you reach the gated entry. Please remember that you will need a pass to access the gate. Each memeber of the party has their own pass. They are required to carry the pass if they go off property for re-entry purposes. The passes for the gate have been sent via email to the indivual who secured the booking and will need to be printed prior to arrival. Once inside you will follow the bend to the right and the house will be located just before the pedestrian crossing sign on the left hand side of the road. Please park in the covered stalls and remember there is no street parking allowed. There is parking for 4 cars. Additional cars will need to park outside the complex gates.
