• This property does NOT have air conditioning in the living room or dining room. AC split systems are only in the bedrooms.
• Garage is NOT available. Ping Pong table and Beach Items are in the garage. Parking is available on the driveway only.
• This property has surveillance cameras pointing to the exterior of the home for security purposes.
• Pool heat is NOT included in the rental rate and is not automatically provided. Heating, if available, is subject to an additional daily charge and must be requested two weeks prior to arrival. Contact us for details.
• A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or more. For stays of 21 nights or longer, two mid-stay cleanings are required.
• Please note that this fee is separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at the time of booking. Our customer support team will coordinate the scheduling and apply the charges accordingly.
• Disclosure: Seasonal Gnats. Be advised that gnats are naturally more prevalent in Hawaii's tropical environment during the winter months. These tiny insects are attracted to light, and while we maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the ecosystem.
