Polynesian Shores 114

Between Lahaina and Kapalua, West Maui settles into a stretch of low-key shoreline and easy water. Polynesian Shores 114 sits right on that stretch, an oceanfront one-bedroom condo where a single lanai holds the pool below and the open Pacific beyond. A small cove sits right below the property, its sand coming and going with the tide, while S Turns keeps a year-round beach a short walk north.

What You'll Love About Polynesian Shores 114
•An oceanfront lanai that frames the pool and the open water
•S Turns, a year-round beach a short walk north, when the cove below goes rocky
• A fully stocked kitchen
• Sleeps four: a king in the bedroom, plus two pull-out chairs in the living room with thick, comfortable memory-foam mattresses

Inside
Inside, the plan stays open, a living room running into the kitchen with sliding doors to the lanai. The kitchen comes fully equipped, and the counter doubles as the perfect laptop spot. Out on the lanai, the pool sits just below and the ocean past it, and most days wind down here as the light shifts over the water. A portable AC unit cools the living room and bedroom, and a ceiling fan handles open-door nights.

Sleeping Quarters
• Primary bedroom: king bed with ocean and water views, a portable AC unit, and a ceiling fan
• Living room: two individual pull-out chairs with thick memory-foam twin mattresses, a real step up from the usual sleeper; they stay as separate singles and don't push together into one bed

Nearby
Kapalua Bay is a short drive for calm swimming and snorkeling, Kahekili Beach Park pulls snorkelers to its reef, and Ka'anapali Beach runs golden past Black Rock. On foot, the Kapalua Coastal Trail links coves and tide pools. Most visitors fly into Kahului Airport (OGG).
